Coyote has been with us since January of 2007. In addition to his KX450F motocross bike, he also throws a leg over any bike Bill & Marge let him ride. Having raced motocross for over 37 years, his favorite rides are still in the dirt and on a race track. Bill and his wife Carol have two children and sold their Toyota/Ford dealership in Pierre, SD to move here to Mandan and join us here at Roughrider H-D.

Mike has just returned to us after a short stint in the finance/insurance industry.

Erv aka Big Wally joined us in May 2007.
His favorite bike is his 2003 Heritage Custom and 2008 Screamin' Eagle Springer.
Erv just retired after being a self-employed businessman for 35 years and has eleven grandkids!
He loves to ride the Black Hills with his wife Lerrene, and goes 4-6 times per year.

Ben started with us in Parts & Accessories, taking on the role of Service Manager in 2002.

Mike R., Service Technician
Mike has been with us since January of 1977. He's from Bismarck and rides a 1967 Electra Glide®.
Coincidentally, Mike's favorite bike is the 1967 Electra Glide®.
Mike has extensive experience and a strong background in Harley-Davidson® Flathead, Knucklehead, Panhead, Sportster®, Shovelhead, Evolution®, and Twin Cam models. He maintains an expert rating in the H-D "PhD" Service Program. Mike is also known for his sense of humor!

Dean is originally from Dickinson, and he joined our team in May of 2004.®.
Dean rides a 1999 Dyna Wide Glide® and modified Harley-Davidson® motorcycles are his favorite.

Bryan came to Roughrider H-D after graduating from the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix.

John joined us in March of 2005. He rides a 1981 Wide Glide® and a 1983 XLS Roadster. His favorite motorcycle of all time is the 1957 Sportster®
John's favorite ride:"any ride where the bike gets warmed up, more than 10 or 20 miles between stops."
In addition to riding, John enjoys hunting and shooting.

Michelle B., Office Manager
Michelle started with us in 2003. Her favorite motorcycle is the Springer® Softail®. Her favorite rides are scenic nature rides with family and friends.
Michelle's hobbies include fishing, bike riding, and a good book or movie.

Nancy L., Accounting
Nancy started with us in April 2008. She would love to have a Tri Glide Ultra Classic® and tour the country.
Nancy is married to Del and together they have 6 children, 11 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild.
She loves to sew with her embroidery machine and make new pictures and various other projects. She is an avid bowler and loves to read.
Ambassadors
Wayne and Alvina Schafer
Wayne originally started with us in 1980. He's originally from Glen Ullin, ND. Wayne rides an FLHTCI Electra Glide® Classic and enjoys touring as his favorite type of riding.
Wayne and his wife Alvina represent us throughout the year and are a valuable part of the family here at Roughrider Harley-Davidson. They're also an important of every group ride.
Wayne is notorious for all his years with us as Service Manager. Now that he's retired and enjoying the good life, he's got more time to lead rides and act as an ambassador for Roughrider H-D.
Wayne and Alvina put on about 10,000 to 12,000 miles per year. According to Wayne, "I began riding in 1945. My first machine was a Doodlebug. My first H-D was a 1945 45-inch. I am a charter member of the Central Dakota HOG group. I've been active since its beginning and have served as road captain."
